You can ask us to delete the personal data that Vocabulary Companion (operated by One On One Tests Preparation Ltd) holds about you, at any time and free of charge.
How to request deletion
Use either method:
- In the chat — send the bot a message such as “delete my data” (or, in Portuguese, “apagar meus dados”).
- By email — write to support@vocabularycompanion.com from, or referencing, the account you used, and ask us to delete your data.
What happens next
When we receive your request, we verify it and then:
- anonymize the content of your conversations so it no longer identifies you;
- stop contacting you and remove operational notes about you.
We handle each request manually and complete it within the timeframe required by Brazil's LGPD — an immediate simplified confirmation, and completion within 15 days.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example minimized payment and accounting records — and de-identified information that can no longer be linked to you, which we may keep for analytics. This is explained in full in our Privacy Policy.
